We purchased on October 1st, 1985 and have been using our condo for many years. It is now down to the second generation and our kids are enjoying it as well. Haven’t been for five years and was pleasantly surprised to see how well kept #207 was. Thanks for looking after us. It’s a great place to be. Actually – a Hidden Treasure!!

We were very pleased with Unit 307. This was our 3rd stay at the Caprice and couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was always helpful and had a smile. The grounds and pool were very well maintained. We certainly hope to return to the Caprice.

We loved our vacation in St. Pete. This was our first visit and we couldn’t have been happier. The condo was clean, well furnished, comfortable and the management team was exceptional. Enjoyed the heated pool and the comfortable area surrounding the pool. We will be back!

We recently stayed at one of the properties that are part of Liberte Management. The Caprice Resort. We absolutely loved the suite and had a wonderful time. It was centrally located, clean and the staff were amazing. Working with the staff at the Caprice in May was a pleasure and as for Liberte, they were so helpful from start to finish with providing rates, arrival estimates for travel from airport, suggestions of links for “night life” etc. We will be back next May to visit.

WOW!!!!!! The web cam picture is beautiful. We really really enjoy looking at the site many times a day. We truly enjoy our Madeira Beach stay, and being able to see the Gulf via the web cam is a special treat for us while we are away.

This condo has it all…beach front, excellent decor, pool, car park, etc…. Perfect is how we can describe this condo…private in all senses, yet accessible to all amenities close by to make your stay even more enjoyable. Our family instantly settled in, we actually felt like we walked into our own home. The owner and managers are super to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
