Dr. McCabe and his wife Ann became members of the Nautical Watch in 2011. Since that time, they have gradually added to their time at the Nautical Watch and now bring Family and Friends down for eight weeks. Dr. McCabe is a Pediatrician by trade and a musician at Heart. He wrote the words to the song over several visits and put it to music just last season at the urging of the Board President Pat Feehery. Hailing from North Canton Ohio, Ann and “Doc” have become an integral part of the Nautical Watch Family. We are so grateful for this gift!

NEW POLICIES
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200.00 per week must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in. A non-refundable Damage Waiver of $35.00 which will cover $1000.00 worth of damage and is mandatory for all reservations. This does not apply to Owners.
CANCELLATIONS: 30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.
- 3 night minimum (excluding all holidays & high season which require 7 nights minimum)
- You must be 25 years of age or older to rent or use a unit as guests.
- A maximum of 2 people are permitted in all studio and small one bedroom units. A maximum of 4 people are permitted in all large one bedroom units. A maximum of 6 people are permitted in all two bedroom units.
- Taxes are 7% sales and 6% resort.
- Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
- There will be no refunds for early departures.
- $25.00 lock out or lost key fee.
- One parking space per unit.
- No boats or trailers may be parked on the property!

A cleaning fee of $55, an insurance waiver of $35, and a resort fee of $15 will be added for housekeeping services, incidental damages, and administrative purposes respectively.

Please note ALL holidays & high season require a 7 night minimum. (The weeks of Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.)
