NEW POLICIES ARE EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1ST 2010

DEPOSIT:A deposit of $200 for 2 weeks or less and $400 for 3 weeks or longer must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in.Security Deposit insurance which will cover $1500.00 worth of damage is mandatory for all reservations made with a charge of $45.00 non-refundable flat fee. This does not apply to Owners. Cleaning fees and taxes will be added to rental rates.

CANCELLATIONS:30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. $50.00 late check out fee.

If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Rates quoted for: 1 Bedroom- 2 persons, 4 max 2 Bedroom- 4 persons, 6 max. Each additional person: $50 per week, per person.
• Taxes are 7% sales & 5% resort
• Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
• There will be no refunds for early departures.
• No boats or trailers may be parked on the property!
