Recently the name Land of Liberte Realty, Inc. was used in contacting individual timeshare owners for both sales and rentals of their timeshare units. THIS IS A SCAM!

The name was taken from the States of Florida's Corporate Registry site from a Corporation closed in 2006.

LAND OF LIBERTE REALTY (no INC.) is a sister company of LIBERTE MANAGEMENT GROUP of the PINELLAS ISLANDS, INC.

The Owner/Broker, Dennis DiTinno and sales agent Jason Leeb, who were both noted in the scammer's procedure, have not contacted any owner nor do we charge an upfront fee for sales or rentals.

If you have been contacted by any of these individuals please contact the Florida States Attorney at 1-850-414-3990 / 1-866-966-7226 and the Division of Real Estate at 1-850-487-1395 to file a complaint.
