NEW POLICIES

CLEANING FEES:
Condo w/ guest room – $100.00 plus tax

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200.00 per week must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in. A non-refundable Damage Waiver of $35.00 which will cover $1000.00 worth of damage and is mandatory for all reservations. This does not apply to Owners.

CANCELLATIONS: 30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m.

If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Rates for the Condo w/ guest room = 2 persons/6 max
• A one time cleaning fee of $100.00 plus tax will be charged to all reservations.
• Weekly maid service can be arranged for additional charge.
• Taxes are 7% sales & 6% resort.  
• Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
• $25.00 lock out or lost key fee.
• There will be no refunds for early departures.
• No jet skis, boats or trailers may be parked on the property!
• One parking space per unit.
• Every effort is made to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time of publication, please note that circumstances do change and may be beyond our control.
• NO PETS ALLOWED/ Not including Licensed service animals 
• NO SMOKING!

Notice: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time at Sunrise Resort. These special features do not include rooms accessible to disabled guest(s) for rental. The association does not control the accessibility or the rentals of the individual units.

Rates

Rental rates do not include $100.00 cleaning fee, $35.00 damage waiver or 13% sales tax.

**Rates vary based on availability, unit type, and view. Prices subject to change.**
