Construction Update 6/13/16
Camelot has begun the summer construction project. Currently the North and South stairs and balconies have been removed. Once the new stairs pass the city inspection, probably the end of July, the front concrete balcony will be removed. The doors and windows in the front of the building will be boarded up for safety and only the back entrances will be available for use. The building will remain open. This project is approximately 220 days depending on the weather.

Construction Update 10/4/16
The two bedroom building will be finished and painted by the end of October. Work will commence to the main building immediately following the completion of the two bedroom building. The contractors will begin work on the main building with repairs being done to the stucco. The new railings for the North and South stairs and balconies should be in toward the end of November. Once the railings are installed, the front balcony will come down and the windows and doors will be boarded up for everyone’s safety. This is projected to start toward the end of November. The balcony will not re-open until sometime in January. You will not be able to sit outside your unit in the front either upstairs or downstairs and can only access the unit using the back entrances. Pool is scheduled to open on Monday, October 10th. We apologize for the delay in the pool re-opening but as with any project weather is always a factor.

Rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday.

$99.00 a night or $680.00 a week!
***Please note there may be pool closures and other resort amenities not offered during this construction period please call resort for more details. Reservations are limited to Sat. – Sat. check in and check out.***
Camelot by the Sea is a non smoking resort and is strictly enforced.
There may be a fine given for anyone smoking outside the designated area near the pool deck.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200 per week reserved is required and must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in. A Damage Waiver which will cover $1000.00 worth of damage is mandatory for all reservations made with a charge of $35.00 non-refundable flat fee. This does not apply to Owners.
CANCELLATIONS: 30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m.
If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.
