Camelot-By-The-Sea is located on the southern most tip of the Pinellas Islands in the old world Florida Town of Pass-A-Grille. Camelot-By-The- Sea is just across from the beach where the white sands and pristine Gulf of Mexico meet. Strolling along the white beaches in the morning and evening you will see many of the most amazing views in this quaint part of Florida, watch the sunsets, windsurfers, or just take a stroll with your family. Pass-A-Grill is one of the best beaches in Florida, quiet and secluded off-the-beaten-path of the very popular Gulf Boulevard Strip. Camelot is perfect for swimming, fishing, sailing, parasailing and many other water activities. Camelot-By-The-Sea Resort offers Traditional Florida décor condos from studios, one bedroom, and two bedrooms, with full kitchens and amenities that are unique with Timeshares in Florida. Rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday.

Camelot by the Sea is a non smoking resort and is strictly enforced.
There may be a fine given for anyone smoking outside the designated area near the pool deck.
There is no elevator on property. Guests staying in the units on the second floor will have to climb stairs.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200.00 per week must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in. A non-refundable Damage Waiver of $35.00 which will cover $1000.00 worth of damage and is mandatory for all reservations. This does not apply to Owners.
CANCELLATIONS: 30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m.
If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

- A one time cleaning charge of $50.00 will be charges to all rental reservations.
- Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
- There will be no refunds for early departures.
- $25.00 lock out fee.

- No boats or trailers may be parked on the property!
- One parking space per unit.
