POLICIES

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200 will be collected for any reservation 2 weeks or less; if you book for 3 to 4 weeks, the deposit is $400.00. Full deposit must be collected within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled.  Major credit cards accepted are Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in. A $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver that covers $1,000.00 worth of damage is mandatory for all reservations made. This does not apply to Owners. Cleaning fee of $99.00 and taxes of 13% will be added to rental rates.

CANCELLATIONS:

Travelers who cancel more than 31 days prior check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid.

Travelers who cancel between 14 and 30 days prior to check-in, will be reimbursed 50% of the amount paid.

Travelers who cancel less than 13 days prior to check-in will forfeit their payment.

If you are traveling from out of country or are mandated by your state not to travel because their borders are closed (COVID), then a full refund will be reimbursed. 

If you are sick with COVID or worried about traveling, the cancellation policy applies.

If you are unsure of travel, please purchase travel insurance. 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. $50.00 late check out fee.

If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• 3 night minimum (Holidays are 5 night min.)
• Rates quoted for: condo w/guest room 4 – 6 people max.
• Taxes are 7% sales and 6% resort.
• A one time cleaning charge (per reservation) of $99.00 plus tax will be billed to all reservations.
• Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
• There will be no refunds for early departures.
• No boats, motorcycles or trailers may be parked on the property.
• 1 parking space per unit. Additional parking will have to be negotiated with Resort desk before check in date.
• Every effort is made to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time of publication, please note that circumstances do change and may be beyond our control.
• NO PETS ALLOWED/ Not including Licensed service animals 
• NO SMOKING

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER Vacatia Liberte Management LLC is the exclusive on-site rental management company for the Vistas on the Gulf Resort handling reservations, guest concerns and office staffing. Other rental companies not located on the resort may represent individual owners and may implement cancellation policies; charges, fees, key distribution or maintenance concerns differently then that of the on-site office. Please review your reservation terms, conditions, unit concerns and charges, prior to accepting any reservations. Neither Vacatia Liberte Resort Management nor the Association can be held liable for any losses incurred by renters using rental services not exclusive to Vistas on The Gulf Resort.

Rates

Rental rates below do not include $99.00 cleaning fee, 13% Taxes or $35.00 Damage Waiver.
These charges will be added to your final total.

Holiday rates are the same as high seasons rates during July 4th and require a 5 night minimum stay.
