The Office Staff is great, smooth transition to the new room-always answer questions & help us when needed. The Maintenance Staff are rock stars. This place is perfect for us and our 3 other sets of relatives.

Ann & I have stayed in unit # 403 for 7 straight years now, and we have enjoyed it very much. The front staff has changed over this period but we still feel well looked after during our stays. The unit and grounds are very well kept, and the owner is a perfect gentleman.

Condo is well appointed and maintained. Beach & view are beautiful. Beach is less crowded than others. The Staff are all so nice and treated us like family. Grocery, gas, drug stores and restaurants are close. The complex is on a quiet side street right on the beach. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at Caprice. Has everything we need, lovely pool and grounds. The view is amazing, great for dolphin watching. Close to town and all amenities. Totally recommend staying here. Stayed twice,hope to come back again. Thanks to all!

I just wanted to let the staff at Vistas on the Gulf know that my family had a wonderful time staying at the condo this past week. The facilities were very clean and well kept. The pool side bathrooms were very clean, which can be difficult to keep up when it is located right next to the beach. We will definitely recommend the place to friends and family.
