At Sea Oats of Redington Shores, we provide beautiful two, and three-bedroom fully furnished condo units, each with a private balcony overlooking the beach.
Guests can spend the day fishing off Redington pier, soaking up the sun by the pool, or grilling some fresh-caught fish in our shaded Grill and Picnic area. We also have an on-site private tennis court available to all guests. Sea oats also has an on site office to assist with any needs.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200 per week must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in. The Damage waiver which will cover $1000.00 worth of damage is mandatory for all reservations made with a charge of $35.00 non-refundable flat fee. This does not apply to Owners. Cleaning fee of $165.00 for the three bedroom units and $150.00 for the two bedroom units and taxes of 13% will be added to rental rates.
CANCELLATIONS: 31-day cancellation notice prior to arrival is required. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. $50.00 late check out fee.
If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

- Taxes are 7% sales and 6% resort.
- A one time cleaning charge (per reservation) of $165.00 for the 3 bedroom and $150.00 for the 2 bedroom plus tax will be billed to all reservations.
- Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
- There will be no refunds for early departures.
- No boats, motorcycles or trailers may be parked on the property!
- 1 parking space per unit. Additional parking will have to be negotiated with Resort desk before check in date.
- $25.00 lock out or lost key fee.

All IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER The Liberte Management Group is an on-site rental management company for the Sea Oats of Redington Shores handling reservations, guest concerns and office staffing. Other rental companies not located on the resort may represent individual owners and may implement cancellation policies; charges, fees, key distribution or maintenance concerns differently then that of the on-site office. Please review your reservation terms, conditions, unit concerns and charges, prior to accepting any reservations. Neither Liberte Resort Management nor the Association can be held liable for any losses incurred by renters using rental services not exclusive to Sea Oats.
