Hi Dennis & Sue,

I’m emailing you regarding our stay at The Caprice from July 28 to August 2, 2010. We stayed in Unit 404 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and spacious, had comfortable beds and living room furniture, and what a view of the beach! We also liked the flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room.I have to admit that staying at The Caprice was a real treat for us as this price level for accommodations is normally out of our reach.

I just received my 2010 summary and would like to tell you how pleased I am. Despite the oil spill,soft economy and beach replenishment I still had 75% occupancy. Again in 2010, the combination of great management and owner internet advertising proves to be a winning combination. Thanks to all for a job well done.These figures make me confident that we can overcome the present difficulties with beach work and continue to flourish as our economy (hopefully) recovers.

8 years ago was our 1st time staying there, and then returning again 4 years ago, we have been coming back every year since.

This year we extended our stay from 7 to 10 days and once again we were not disappointed.

My wife JoAnna, son Jonathan and his girlfriend Jenna all had a great time.

Your staff on site is very polite and pleasant to talk with.

Your on site Manager, has always been more than professional, and doesn’t matter if we are passing in the hall, riding in the elevator together, or passing at the pool, she always ask if we are having a good time.

As a General Manager of an Elevator Company based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, I have high expectations out of all of our employees.

The staff that you have in place on site at the Caprice is one of the reasons why we continue this vacation, and as a matter of fact we have already made reservations for next year.

Just wanted to let you know that once again we had a Great Vacation staying at the Caprice.

It’s apparent that they have strong appreciation for customer service.

We were very pleased to receive your letter upon our return to Sarnia, On. After 2 wonderful weeks on Treasure Island. The weather was outstanding, the facilities were above average with evidence that continual upgrades were in the works, the overall venue was excellent. Above all we wish to recognize reservation staff for help in getting us into the same unit for both weeks that provided a great deal of continuity and avoided disruption in the middle of our 2 weeks. The staff is a very pleasant and an effective and certainly adds value to the quality initiatives of Liberte Management.

Honestly, I had an excellent week of vacation at the Voyager Beach Club between 1/12-1/19/08.· It was my first stay at this resort, as I am a new timeshare owner there, I must say that the resort is clean, efficiently managed, and gives an owner like myself the instant “feel” of belonging.

The condo unit itself (I have a 1-bed, 1-bath)·was comfortable, offering me the option to cook a meal (which even on vacation, I like to do), stock a full-sized refrigerator, sleep on a bed that is accented with florescent lighting, or enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf from a spacious balcony.

Voyager Beach Club

Ileana Alvarez made us feel very much at home and went out of her way to make our stay most enjoyable.  She is a great asset to the Liberté team.  Kathy at the front desk was also most helpful!

Hello…

Received your letter regarding my stay at Camelot Resort in Pass-a-Grille, FL. Just now had time to write you. You know, it is often that people complain, but we take little time to give praise. Thus, the purpose of this email.

I was staying at another “resort” prior to Camelot. My scheduled time was about to come to an end, but I needed another week to meet up with a friend.

Came upon Camelot while out riding one day. Your staff was so friendly that we immediately knew this was the place to extend our stay. You couldn’t have done better in choosing the ladies in your front office to represent your management group. Kudos to them and to you.

We had a corner unit that had an incredible view. Loved the balcony, the private entrance, all the windows, king-sized bed, furnishings, cleanliness, quiet area and great square footage. Everything worked. Yay! Carpet not great, but understand it is being replaced. Otherwise, very nice and wonderful accommodations. Loved the pool area, heated pool, hot tub, etc.

Of course, access to beach goes without saying. Almost like having a private beach. This is why we love Pass-a-Grille. Don’t tell anyone! 🙂

The only complaints would be the construction going on behind us, but that was about to be completed and not your fault. Also, it seemed that children/teenagers showed up after school almost every day. I have nothing against children/teenagers. They were well-behaved. There just wasn’t as much room in the pool once they arrived so we didn’t add to the number. The evenings around the pool were quiet and were enjoyed very much.

I have added my name to your list to stay again next year. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. I own a business and understand the importance of customer service. It will make you or break you. You should all be millionaires soon!! 🙂

I first met Dennis DiTinno when I was a board member at the Sunrise Resort. Dennis came in when we were in trouble with poor management and having financial problems. Dennis and his team helped us with installing a new phone system and brought us back to an honest and respected resort. In the following year, I became President of the Board. Dennis and with the addition of Carol Markovich as CAM manager brought the Sunrise to a top notch resort on St. Pete Beach. Their honesty and dedication is the reason we bought two weeks at the Camelot by the Sea and are looking for a couple of more weeks to purchase.

We purchased our week just a few months prior to the takeover and didn’t think we would ever get our deed, but as luck would have it, we did. We have been so pleased with the management and the work that has been done at Camelot (and continues to be done).
