The Caprice Resort offers exceptional contemporary one and two bedroom units situated in a 6 story elevator-equipped building. Each luxury condominium vacation home is privately owned and furnished with fully equipped kitchens, private Gulf-front balconies and nightly sunsets.

BUILDING UPDATES:
- Turtle lighting had been installed for sea turtles
- New Fencing and gates were installed at the north end by the stairwell
If you are looking for the Caprice units you may have rented in the past be sure to review the rental company providing services to that particular vacation home.
Caprice Resort units are currently being rented by several local rental agents similar to The Liberte Management Group. Not all units are maintained by one rental company and not all companies have received the “Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence” Award for excellence in service at the Caprice, be sure to check the unit comments against the Liberte list of vacation homes at Caprice. TERMS
NEW POLICIES
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200.00 per week must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in. A non-refundable Damage Waiver of $30.00 which will cover $1000.00 worth of damage and is mandatory for all reservations. This does not apply to Owners.
CANCELLATIONS: A 31-day cancellation notice is required. If a reservation cancelled 31 days or more prior to check in, guest will receive a full refund of deposit. If cancelled 30 days or less, the full deposit will be forfeited. Deposit must be received within ten days of making reservation. Full payment of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation will cancel and the deposit will be forfeited. In Case of a NO SHOW entire balance of reservation will be kept.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. $50.00 late check out fee.
If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

- Rates quoted for: 1 Bedroom- 2 – 4 person max / 2 Bedroom- 4 – 6 person max.
- Taxes are 7% sales & 6% County
- A one time cleaning fee will be charged to all reservations. 1 Bedroom $100.00 plus tax / 2 Bedroom $110.00 plus tax.
- Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
- July 4th and certain other holidays are charged at the High Season rate for all Unit Types.
- A $30.00 damage waiver is added to every reservation, which covers up to $1,000.00 in damages.
- There will be no refunds for early departures.
- No boats or trailers may be parked on the property.
- 1 parking space per unit. Additional spaces will need to be negotiated with Management before check in.
- Every effort is made to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time of publication, please note that circumstances do change and may be beyond our control.
- NO PETS ALLOWED/ Not including Licensed service animals
- All units are NON-SMOKING.

We do though handle our specific units with our off site office for any reservations, guest concerns and office staffing. We pride ourselves in customer service and will and have continued to do so. There are other rental companies that may represent individual owners and may implement cancellation policies; charges, fees, key distribution or maintenance concerns differently then that of our office. Please review your reservation terms, conditions, unit concerns and charges, prior to accepting any reservations. Neither Vacatia Liberte Resort Management nor the Association can be held liable for any losses incurred by renters using rental services not exclusive to Caprice Resort by Liberte.
Rates
Cleaning Fee, Damage Waiver and Taxes are not included in below posted rates.
Cleaning fees are:
1 bed - $100.00 plus tax
2 bed - $110.00 plus tax
Damage waiver : $30.00

Holiday rates are the same as High Season**
Taxes are 13%
Holiday rates apply to 4th of July week and require a 5 night min stay.
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year are a 7 night minimum stay.
