Camelot By the Sea

Thanks for your letter of June 17th. My trip to Pass A Grille was wonderful. I had

grown up at Camelot Resort as a child visiting every year for 19 years. This was my

first time back and I am pleased to say it was a great trip. I still love the units, location

and staff. Your office and the staff at the resort was outstanding. I could not ask for

better service. They were caring and listened to what was desired.

 

My previous position at another firm was to run the quality program at a large insurance company.

I do appreciate this type service. I rate them as a 10 out of 10.

 Dear Mr. DiTinno,

My wife Betty and I want to share how much we enjoyed our stay at Camelot-by-the-Sea. It all started with the warm, welcome home type reception we received from the staff, Carol and Joanne. Every need was happily fulfilled throughout our stay.

The facility was clean, nicely decorated,  and enjoyably functional. The landscaping is especially beautiful and well maintained. A special bonus was a large very clean pool area with plenty of seating, three great gas charcoal boilers, and a wonderful, temperature-just-right jacuzzi.

The facility is just across the street from the expansive Gulf of Mexico (hardly no traffic and the trolly stop is right in front of the property). Camelot even provides free beach chairs and towels!

If they allowed 6 stars, this facility would qualify. A true vacation. Thank you Joanne and Carol.

My Wife and I and my cousin and her husband stayed in unit #301 at Camelot by the Sea

During March 2011 It was a most enjoyable visit in a very pleasant location.

We already are planning to return about the same time next year.

I have no suggestions as to how to make our stay better.

The accommodatons were spacious,well equipped,and clean. Everything worked well.

The location and access to the beach was the real selling point for our wives.

Both of them loved to hit the beach often,with easy access to the beach it was perfect.

The unit #301 location itself is ideal,and quiet almost no traffic only beach goers. Camelot by the Sea

is within walking distance to to plenty of places to eat and enjoy yourself.As for the staff they were

a delight to deal with and could not have been better.

Before we left we asked front desk(Camelot by the Sea) to put us down for the first two weeks of March 2012.

We chose Camelot by the Sea based on the recommendation of a friend who lives in the area. If it were not for

her recommendation I don’t know where we might have stayed. We didn’t know anything about the differant areas of Florida.

Thank you and we look forward to being back in St. Pete Beach next year.

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our Christmas and New Year vacation at Camelot. Pat and Carol went above and beyond their duty. You can tell when a person enjoys what they do and these two ladies certainly seem like it. I know dealing with people can be difficult at times and I truly wouldn’t want to face tourists as a living! These ladies even got us in for an extra few days which was great, we didn’t have to move on Christmas or New Year’s Day, so that was an extra bonus. They even endured our children doing piano practice

The maintenance on the property is top notched, love the new mattresses and tv, the paint job and art work is beautiful, nice colour choices. We were there 3 years ago, so noticed quite a lot. Carlos and the cleaning staff do a great job. I know some people want all the organized activities but at Pass a Grille there is so much to do on your own. We would loved to have gone on the cruise but children weren’t allowed.

Keep up the good work, we hope to be back soon. I would love to go back now, but life must go on!

Our wonderful piece of paradise is getting better and better. Under the capable hands of Liberte Management Company, the condos and grounds are looking better than ever. Maintenence of the infrastructure had been deferred for years, and is being addressed and fixed as law, priorities, and budget allows. Our Board of Directors is doing a great job of protecting our interests and keeping us financially sound.

Carol at Camelot by the Sea and Colleen at Vista on the Gulf, Both of these people went out of there way to help me obtain rentals for one of your busiest weeks of the spring season for next year.

I was able to speak directly with Carol who informed me that nothing was available at her site, but she quickly checked and found another property that had multiple units that met our specific needs.

Enter Colleen, who then became my best friend. I believe I spook with her at least 5 times during that specific day, and I believe we may have found the perfect unit.

Had I not been connected with these professional employees, I am sure we would be staying at some other beachside rental.

We recently stopped by the Camelot by the Sea and were pleased to see the yard sale, which meant that the new furniture had arrived. We think the new furniture looks great! We would like to thank the Board and the Committee for a job well done. We are pleased to be a part of a time share on the way up.

The main purpose of this letter is to give Liberte Management thumbs up for their part in the recovery and management of the property. We understand their contract is up for renewal and would like to see them stay with Camelot by the Sea.

 

I first met Dennis DiTinno when I was a board member at the Sunrise Resort. Dennis came in when we were in trouble with poor management and having financial problems. Dennis and his team helped us with installing a new phone system and brought us back to an honest and respected resort. In the following year, I became President of the Board. Dennis and with the addition of Carol Markovich as CAM manager brought the Sunrise to a top notch resort on St. Pete Beach. Their honesty and dedication is the reason we bought two weeks at the Camelot by the Sea and are looking for a couple of more weeks to purchase.

We purchased our week just a few months prior to the takeover and didn’t think we would ever get our deed, but as luck would have it, we did. We have been so pleased with the management and the work that has been done at Camelot (and continues to be done).

Hello…

Received your letter regarding my stay at Camelot Resort in Pass-a-Grille, FL. Just now had time to write you. You know, it is often that people complain, but we take little time to give praise. Thus, the purpose of this email.

I was staying at another “resort” prior to Camelot. My scheduled time was about to come to an end, but I needed another week to meet up with a friend.

Came upon Camelot while out riding one day. Your staff was so friendly that we immediately knew this was the place to extend our stay. You couldn’t have done better in choosing the ladies in your front office to represent your management group. Kudos to them and to you.

We had a corner unit that had an incredible view. Loved the balcony, the private entrance, all the windows, king-sized bed, furnishings, cleanliness, quiet area and great square footage. Everything worked. Yay! Carpet not great, but understand it is being replaced. Otherwise, very nice and wonderful accommodations. Loved the pool area, heated pool, hot tub, etc.

Of course, access to beach goes without saying. Almost like having a private beach. This is why we love Pass-a-Grille. Don’t tell anyone! 🙂

The only complaints would be the construction going on behind us, but that was about to be completed and not your fault. Also, it seemed that children/teenagers showed up after school almost every day. I have nothing against children/teenagers. They were well-behaved. There just wasn’t as much room in the pool once they arrived so we didn’t add to the number. The evenings around the pool were quiet and were enjoyed very much.

I have added my name to your list to stay again next year. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. I own a business and understand the importance of customer service. It will make you or break you. You should all be millionaires soon!! 🙂

Ileana Alvarez made us feel very much at home and went out of her way to make our stay most enjoyable.  She is a great asset to the Liberté team.  Kathy at the front desk was also most helpful!

Honestly, I had an excellent week of vacation at the Voyager Beach Club between 1/12-1/19/08.· It was my first stay at this resort, as I am a new timeshare owner there, I must say that the resort is clean, efficiciently managed, and gives an owner like myself the instant “feel” of belonging.

The condo unit itself (I have a 1-bed, 1-bath)·was comfortable, offering·me the option to·cook a meal (which even on vacation, I like to do),·stock a full-sized refrigerator, sleep on a bed that is accented with florescent lighting, or·enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf·from a spacious balcony.

We were very pleased to receive your letter upon our return to Sarnia, On. After 2 wonderful weeks on Treasure Island. The weather was outstanding, the facilities were above average with evidence that continual upgrades were in the works, the overall venue was excellent .Above all we wish to recognize reservation staff for help in getting us·into the same unit for both weeks that provided a great deal of continuity and avoided disruption in the middle of our 2 weeks .The staff is a very pleasant and an·effective and certainly adds value to the quality initiatives of Liberte Management.

Caprice Resort

 

8 years ago was our 1st time staying there, and then returning again 4 years ago, we have been coming back every year since.

This year we extended our stay from 7 to 10 days and once again we were not disappointed.

My wife JoAnna, son Jonathan and his girlfriend Jenna all had a great time.

Your staff on site is very polite and pleasant to talk with.

Your on site Manager, Sue Sheridan, has always been more than professional, and doesn’t matter if we are passing in the hall, riding in the elevator together, or passing at the pool,

she always ask if we are having a good time.

As a General Manager of an Elevator Company based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, I have high expectations out of all of our employees.

The staff that you have in place on site at the Caprice is one of the reasons why we continue this vacation, and as a matter of fact we have already made reservations for 2011 and 2012.

Just wanted to let you know that once again we had a Great Vacation staying at the Caprice.

It’s apparent that they have strong appreciation for customer service.

 

I just recieved my 2010 summary and would like to tell you how pleased I am. Despite the oil spill,soft economy and beach replenishment I still had 75% occupancy. Again in 2010, the combination of great management and owner internet advertising proves to be a winning combinaton. Thanks to all for a job well done.These figures make me confident that we can overcome the present difficulties with beach work and continue to flourish as our economy (hopefully) recovers.

I’m emailing you regarding our stay at The Caprice from July 28 to August 2, 2010. We stayed in Unit 404 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and spacious, had comfortable beds and living room furniture, and what a view of the beach! We also liked the flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room.I have to admit that staying at The Caprice was a real treat for us as this price level for accommodations is normally out of our reach.

 

I just want you and Leslie to know how much I appreciate your efforts at your success of keeping our renters in the building during this season which has been a challenge for everyone.

We have recently returned home to New Brunswick, Canada following a one – week stay at the Caprice. This was our first time to the Caprice and I wanted to let you know that we were very happy with our choice. The resort is lovely with beautiful views and our unit was very nice. Vistas on the Gulf

Thank you so much for our basket with all the goodies and the card.  We enjoyed every bit of it.  I lve baskets and will us it often.  Just wanted to tell your how much we enjoyed staying at your beautiful condo in St. Pete Beach.  It was just as described.  It was decorated beautifully and the views from the balcony and entrance were perfect.  The sunsets were spectacular.

The Liberte Mnaagement Company and their staff were very attentive and the attention to detail by the maintenance man very day was noticed.

Colleen and Anna were the best.  Mom needed the handicap equipment and they stepped up and made it happen.  We even got fabulous cupcakes and a CD for Valentines Day.  That was a surprise.  You should be very proud of the way they take care of your property.

Thanks again for the wornderful experience.  Now back to reality and waiting for spring!

Thank you for your letter dated October, 11, 2011 regarding my stay at the Vistas. First, I would like to commend your excellent staff members, Anna, Colleen and Mark. They are quite an asset to the Vistas. Anna and Colleen went out of their way when I was making my reservation to help me and once we arrived, they again went out of their way to provide us with information on shopping, dining and fun things to do in the area. I would also like to give a “hats off” to Mark for the way he maintains the property. I only wish I had half of his energy. It is obvious that he takes alot of pride in his job.

The Vistas was exactly how it was pictured on the internet site that I went on. I was very pleased when we opened the door to the unit (#405) and it looked identical to the picture on the website. It was extremely neat and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool and hot tub area was again very neat and clean along with the two grills that were in the pool area for the guests use.

I would stay at the Vistas in a heartbeat and plan to return there for my next vacation. I would highly recommend these condo units to anyone that is going to visit the Gulf area.

“Compliments to Liberte Management”

Stayed in unit 203 which has a great gulf view. Unfortunately, we rented this unit from TRS (off sight management company). The room was definitely not clean and not well maintained. Numerous complaints were filed; i.e. broken toilet, broken blinds, missing dining room chair, etc., which most were eventually taken care of. We also requested that we be called prior to maintenance workers entering the unit. This did not always happen.
However, our sincere compliments to Liberte Management who is on site at the Vistas on the Gulf. Both Anna and Colleen were extremely professional and helpful in assisting us with all our needs and concerns. They went above and beyond in providing good customer service! We would definitely stay at Vistas again in Liberte Management units.

We were very pleased with the accommodations at Vistas on the Gulf. The condo was great. Highlights of our vacation were the Manatees at the power plant, The Salvador Dali Museum and a trip to Egmont Key. We left from Fort Desoto Park the trip was only $ 20.00 per person.

The staff at the resort was great. Especially Leeann, the condo was clean and it was great to have coffee filters supplied.

If we decide to return to St. Pete Beach we will certainly stay at Vistas on the Gulf Resort.

We stayed at Vista’s on the Gulf the week of July 4th, 2010. This was our 20 year Anniversary. We have always went to Destin Florida and for what would have been our 20th year staying at Sand Pipper Cove.

Due to the BP Oil spill, we choose to come to St. Pete and Vista’s on the Gulf .. Our first time ever to this side of the cost and beaches.

Ann, Collen and the Maintenance Man where the absolute BEST… I can not say enough as to how helpful, nice and just went completely out of their way to make our stay at a new place and a new city the absolute best… We asked about the seafood market, restaurants, dog track and sooooo much more…. With out their knowledge and kindness my family would have been lost…..

My appreciation to the 3 people who made our 1st trip to St. Pete absolutely GREAT!!!!!!!!

We look forward to coming back and visiting with everyone!
