DEPOSIT:A deposit of $200 for 2 weeks or less and $400 for 3 weeks or longer must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in, which will be held in lieu of a security deposit, or you may purchase a non-refundable security deposit at time of check-in. Cleaning fees and taxes will be added to rental rates.
CANCELLATIONS:30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. $50.00 late check out fee.
If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Rates quoted for: 1 Bedroom- 2 persons, 4 max 2 Bedroom- 4 persons, 6 max. Each additional person: $50 per week, per person.
Taxes are 7% sales & 5% resort
Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
There will be no refunds for early departures.
No boats or trailers may be parked on the property!

The Liberte Management Group is the exclusive on-site rental management company for the Vistas on the Gulf Resort handling reservations, guest concerns and office staffing. Other rental companies not located on the resort may represent individual owners and may implement cancellation policies; charges, fees, key distribution or maintenance concerns differently then that of the on-site office. Please review your reservation terms, conditions, unit concerns and charges, prior to accepting any reservations.
Neither Liberte Resort Management nor the Association can be held liable for any losses incurred by renters using rental services not exclusive to Vistas on The Gulf Resort.
