Terms
NEW POLICIES ARE EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1ST 2010
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200 per week reserved is required and must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in, which will be held in lieu of a security deposit.Security Deposit insurance which will cover $1500.00 worth of damage is mandatory for all reservations made with a charge of $45.00 non-refundable flat fee. This does not apply to Owners.
CANCELLATIONS: 30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m.
If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.
- 3 night minimum
- Maximum of 4 persons permitted in one bedroom; maximum of 6 in a two bedroom; maximum of 8 in a three bedroom.
- Taxes are 7% sales & 5% resort
- Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
- There will be no refunds for early departures.
- No boats or trailers may be parked on the property!
- Every effort is made to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time of publication, please note that circumstances do change and may be beyond our control.
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
