Nautical Watch, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, is close to everything you come to Florida to enjoy. The finest restaurants and shopping are only minutes away. Dinner cruises, Museums, Tennis Courts, Golf Courses, Jai-Alai, Greyhound/Dog Racing, and Major League Baseball Spring Training are all within a short drive of the Nautical Watch Beach Resort. So come and enjoy it all, or... do absolutely nothing at all! We are here to make sure your vacation is a most enjoyable one.
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving weekends are subject to 12/15-4/30 Rates.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $100 is required and must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in, which will be held in lieu of a security deposit, or you may purchase a non-refundable security deposit at time of check-in.
CANCELLATIONS: 30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Maximum of 4 people permitted in a one bedroom or studio; maximum of 6 people in a two bedroom.
Taxes are 7% sales & 5% resort
Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
There will be no refunds for early departures.
No boats or trailers may be parked on the property!
