CLEANING FEES:
1 and 2 Bedrooms - $40.00 plus 12% tax

Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving weekends are subject to 12/15-4/30 Rates.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $100 is required and must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in, which will be held in lieu of a security deposit.Security Deposit insurance which will cover $1500.00 worth of damage is mandatory for all reservations made with a charge of $45.00 non-refundable flat fee. This does not apply to Owners.

CANCELLATIONS: 30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
