Gulf Sounds is located at 12240 Gulf Blvd. Treasure Island, 30 yards from the Gulf of Mexico, just south of the Madeira Beach Bridge and walking distance to World famous John's Pass Village. Gulf Sounds Condominium Villas include a warm family styled setting of 2 bedroom one-bathroom cottages, which accommodates up to 6 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom.  A sleeper sofa in the living room provides sleeping accommodations for 2 guests. Each Villa has fully equipped kitchens, cable TV and Old' Florida hardwood floors that lead to your privately enclosed courtyard, landscaped with luscious native flora and a covered patio area for morning coffee to nightly barbecues. Our rooftop sundeck also provides a private environment where you can enjoy sunbathing or a quiet get-together.

NEW POLICIES ARE EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1ST 2007

CLEANING FEES:

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200 for 2 weeks or less and $400 for 3 weeks or longer must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in, which will be held in lieu of a security deposit, or you may purchase a non-refundable security deposit at time of check-in.

CANCELLATIONS: 30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m.

If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes are 7% sales & 5% resort
  • Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
  • There will be no refunds for early departures.
