Caprice Resort offers 33 exceptional one and two bedroom contemporary units situated in a 6 story elevator-equipped building. Each luxury condominium vacation home is privately owned and furnished with fully equipped kitchens, private Gulf-front balconies and nightly sunsets.
Typical one- and two-bedroom suites offer a host of amenities tailored to make your stay more enjoyable. And each of our air-conditioned condos boasts its own private balcony looking out onto the beautiful Gulf Coast. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave; a spacious living area with sofa and entertainment center; cable television with VHS or DVD; and plenty of room for the whole family to stretch out and relax.
The resort maintains a heated pool, undercover parking, beachfront living and a Florida lifestyle throughout the building.
DEPOSIT:A deposit of $200 for 2 weeks or less and $400 for 3 weeks or longer must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fees and taxes will be added to rental rates. Security Deposit insurance which will cover $1500.00 worth of damage is mandatory on this resort at a charge of $45.00
CANCELLATIONS:30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. $50.00 late check out fee.
If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.
3 night minimum
Rates quoted for: 1 Bedroom- 2 persons, 4 max 2 Bedroom- 4 persons, 6 max. Each additional person: $50 per week, per person.
Taxes are 7% sales & 5% resort
Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
There will be no refunds for early departures.
No boats or trailers may be parked on the property!

Please review your reservation terms, conditions, unit concerns and charges, prior to accepting any reservations.
Neither Liberte Resort Management nor the Association can be held liable for any losses incurred by renters using rental services not exclusive to Caprice Resort.
