His career of over 30 years in multi-family developments has given him an incredible vantage point on our industry from a wide range of positions such as: management, corporate development, business ownership, consulting, national speaking and marketing management. He is licensed in Community Management, holds a Community Manager Education provider designation from the State of Florida, Licensed Florida Broker, Certified Fractional Consultant, has appeared as a keynote and support speaker as well as panelist for international ARDA, CAI, BITAC, and TBMA, and similar industry conferences. His writing credits include national and statewide publications including the St. Pete Times News, for which he has provided a written response column on condominium and timeshare questions and answers. International management, timesharing and vacation publications by CAI (Community Associations Institute) and ARDA (American Resort and Development Association) for “How to” publications, included Resort Timeshare and Lodging, The Trades and other professional management publications. He has consulted on Timeshare Resorts in Florida, Costa Rica, Virginia, Wisconsin, Tennessee, South Carolina, Colorado and several other states and countries. He is currently managing resorts in Florida and Tennessee that are quickly becoming known as the Management Company for distressed resorts. As CEO, Broker, Realtor and CAM, Dennis DiTinno continues to guide Liberte´s growth to meet with the needs of his clients. Robert Henderson Real Estate Manager – Realtor®
Bob Henderson directs Land of Liberte Realty’s real estate activities in Florida and is a Realtor® with over 14 years experience in the real estate sales, rentals, and marketing arena. Prior to joining Land of Liberte’ Realty, Bob worked at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate as a transaction manager for five years. Prior to that, he was Director of Sales and Purchasing at KBHome in Tampa. Before entering the real estate business, Bob Henderson served his country for twenty-three years in the United States Air Force. His expert and unique understanding of the real estate market and the laws and regulations governing real estate transactions and the property management business has earned him praise and appreciation from peers and business associates throughout our area. His knowledge of technology has enabled him to provide training and counsel on computer technology to enhance the services our real estate team and property managers, who are then able to provide assistance to their clients.
Throughout Bob’s career, he has served in professional managerial positions and has committed himself and those around him to a solid appreciation of customer service to clients. His experience and love of serving clients are all traits that have served him and Liberte well in the real estate and property management arena throughout Florida’s West coast.
As Controller to Liberte Management and Land of Liberte Realty for more than two decades, Kimberly has designed and produced computerized financial reports for a multitude of housing and vacationing resorts. For over 21 years she has educated herself in the professions of financial reporting, supervision and creative budgeting. Her training and supervisory skills have created a unique method of instilling even the most complicated information into an understanding and acceptable form of communication. With respect from her peers, Boards of Directors and owners Kim maintains a strong and successful reputation for timely and efficient financial reporting.
Colleen McLachlan – General Manager
Colleen D. McLachlan has lived in the local beach area since 1973. Prior to real estate Colleen held an administrative position in banking for more than a decade, giving her a clear understanding of financing and options. Since 1996 Colleen has worked in the resort management industry. With this experience Colleen has earned an in-depth knowledge of real Estate of selling, owning, managing, and leasing condominiums.
